Top Pro Golf is a golf game for the Sega Mega Drive, released only in Japan. Despite this, most of the menu and game text is in English. It features the likenesses, but not names, of several prominent Japanese and international pro golfers.

The game uses a rudimentary form of sprite-scaling for its perspective of the golfer at the tee, and has the usual systems of picking the appropriate club, choosing where on the ball to strike for added spin, and the power of the shot. Players can take on the whole course at once, or individual holes to practice.
